Shipping within the United States:
We currently have two options for shipping within the United States;
FedEx Ground and 3 Day Express*.
FedEx Ground Home Delivery (5-7 Days):
0-2 lbs: $5
2-5 lbs: $10
5-10 lbs: $15
10-15 lbs: $20
15-20 lbs: $25
FedEx 3 day Express Saver:
0-2 lbs: $10
2-5 lbs: $15
5-10 lbs: $25
10-15 lbs: $35
15-20 lbs: $45
Pillow Inserts: Due to box size a $5 surcharge is added to all pillow inserts.

If all items are in stock, orders generally ship within 1-2 business days, however, some orders may require 2-3 days. For items that are backordered, we will notify you of an expected ship date. We use FedEx for all shipments. Shipping options must take into account a 2 business day processing time before shipping. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday afternoon might ship as late as the following Wednesday.
A signature is required upon delivery. FedEx will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. Burrow and Hive is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package. Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement by selecting “No Signature Required” at checkout. You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing Burrow and Hive from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door. Please note, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Rates apply to shipping in the Continental United States only.
Shipping for Canadian Orders:
All shipments to Canada will be send via USPS.
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
0-2 lbs: $15
2-5 lbs: $20

Purchases made outside of the State of Illinois will not incur sales tax.
Purchases within Illinois will incur a 9.5% sales tax.
Canadian customers will not have US sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all Canadian import duties and taxes.
Due to differences in monitors and printers colors may vary from what is seen on screen or printed from our web site. We have done our best to ensure that the products on this site are an accurate representation of the actual product color.

Exchanges or company credit will be offered for returns within 10 days or receiving your purchase. The initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. However, once we receive your return, we are happy to ship the exchanged goods at no charge. Please email us at email@example.com with return inquiries, and we will send you a Returned Merchandise Receipt to include with your return. All items received without a Returned Merchandise Receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credits and exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
We do no share your personal information with third parties. We only use personal information to fulfill orders that you have requested. You will not be added to our mailing list and be alerted of new products and sales unless you sign up.
